DNCO OIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
DNCO is an extension of EMP's OilMate™ system. It is a lubrication management system that prevents the degradation of the engine oil and dramatically increases intervals between oil and oil filter changes combined with oil replenishment and oil filter change technologies so you never need to shut down your engine. The system removes a small amount of oil from the crankcase and mixes it with the fuel to be consumed eliminating field disposal of the oil, and replaces the removed oil with new oil from a reservoir. The system also tops off engine oil that is lost during normal engine operation and has an oil filter change device that routes the engine oil around the oil filter, allowing you to change the oil filter while the engine is operating.
